This workshop is designed for mums to be and their birth partners to jointly prepare for an active labour and birth using yoga and breath work exercises. The workshop is suitable whether you’re a first-time parent, an experienced parent/yogi or totally new to yoga!
What we will cover:
Although the workshop can be taken any time from 14 weeks onwards, I recommend waiting until you're in your third trimester.
At the end of the session you will also receive a document recapping the tools covered to continue practising and keep with your birth plans.
